As of April 6, 2000, Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania's tariff contains a section titled "Rules Applicable to Distribution Service". This section contains the rules applicable to entities supplying natural gas on Columbia's distribution system. It is applicable to both natural gas suppliers, as well as to customers arranging and nominating their own gas supplies. The "Rules Applicable to Distribution Service" section begins on page 181 of the tariff.
