- Fax requests
- Individual schools and school districts
- Organizations without an Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3), non-profit, tax exempt status
- Personal grants to individuals
- Political contributions
- Highly-specialized health, medical or welfare programs
- Religious organizations and churches
- Organizations that discriminate by race, color, creed, gender or national origin
- Hospitals
- Libraries
- Community colleges, two-year institutions and higher education (donations handled through employee matching gifts program)
- Medical research and education
- Chairs or professorships
- General endowment
- Equipment purchases
- United Way affiliated agencies (supported through annual fund drive)
- Golf tournaments
