By using the automatic debit payment option, you can be assured that your payment is credited to your account on the payment due date by authorizing your financial institution to pay your gas bill from your account each month. You’ll still get a monthly statement from us showing the amount you owe, how much natural gas you used, and the date that your payment will be withdrawn from your checking or savings account, in case you have a question.

To sign up for the automatic debit payment program, enroll online (via the Federal Reserve Bank), call Columbia Gas DirectLink at 1-888-460-4332, or follow the steps below to enroll by mail.

1. Download the ZipCheck Automatic Debit Request Form (19KB) in Adobe PDF format.
2. Print out the authorization form, and fill out with your information.
3. Include a voided check to enroll through your checking account, or a voided deposit slip to enroll through your savings account.
4. Enclose the completed form with your gas payment or mail separately to:

   P.O. Box 9016
   Endicott, NY 13761-9016.

SAFE and RELIABLE - Your bank can transfer only the amount of your monthly bill. Of course, you remain in control and still receive your monthly Columbia Gas of PA/MD bill.
